Open Positions

General Superintendent

We are looking for a seasoned General Superintendent capable of supervising numerous projects and crews. Experience as a superintendent in civil, park and/or field construction is an asset.

Construction Foreman

Motivated, hands-on Foremen with at least 5 years experience in a foreman role. Experience in Sportsfields, Parks, or Civil construction is an asset.

Landscape Foreman

Motivated, hands-on Landscape Foreman with at least 5 years experience in a foreman role. Experience in Landscape Construction & Plantings is required.

Maintenance Foreman

Motivated, hands-on turf maintenance foreman with at least 2 years experience in turf maintenance and repair. Travel and occasional overnight stays may be required.

Lead Hand

Hard-working and reliable lead hands. Experience in Sportsfield, Landscape or Civil contracting preferred. Must be a team player with high standards of workmanship.

Skilled / General Labourer

Both skilled/experienced labourers and entry-level labourers to meet our upcoming project requirements. Willingness to travel is a must.

Concrete Formers and Finishers

Keep up with our high demand for surface works. The majority of work is flatwork and curbs. Travel within Southwestern Ontario & the GTA required.

Heavy Equipment Operator

Capable of running Excavators, Bulldozers and/or Skidsteers at a high level. You will be running new equipment with GPS technologies.

AZ Truck Driver

Help with deliveries of equipment and materials in various types of vehicles. Flexibility and willingness to work off-hours is important. Experience floating small equipment is an asset.

Project Manager

Experienced project manager with specific experience in a PM role in civil, landscape or recreational construction. Duties include project startup, resource and subtrade co-ordination, and ongoing project co-ordination.
